More Than an Event

"7,000 Men in OSCAR" is more than an event — it's a pan-African brotherhood of young entrepreneurs, a platform to nurture leadership, strengthen collaboration, and build a network of ambitious young men determined to lead Africa's economic rebirth.

The Nairobi launch on 23 November 2025 sets the stage for the grand continental convention in 2026, where 7,000 young male entrepreneurs will come together under one vision: to create a community of African men who build, empower, and elevate one another through enterprise.

Visionary & Entrepreneur

Oscar Kampala is a Pan-African entrepreneur and visionary committed to empowering young African men through enterprise and leadership. With a passion for building bridges across the continent, he has dedicated his career to creating platforms that connect, mentor, and elevate the next generation of African business leaders.

His vision for "7,000 Men in OSCAR" stems from a deep belief that Africa's economic renaissance will be driven by collaborative, purpose-driven young men who understand the power of unity and shared vision.

"This launch in Nairobi is the first step of something much bigger. Africa's young men are full of ideas, but what we lack are the bridges — bridges to mentorship, opportunity, and collaboration. '7,000 Men in OSCAR' is that bridge."
